DAILY HAPPINESS TIP #54- Love Yourself and Spread the Love and Happiness

When you are able to define what happiness is in your own terms, you arrived at a realization that accepting and loving yourself is a necessary step to finding happiness.


Loving yourself first promotes an overflow of positive emotions that you can generously share with others.  This also leads to the feeling that you’re in control of your own life, which in turn makes you feel even happier.  The better you feel, the higher your level of happiness rises. Because happiness is contagious, when you raise your own happiness level others around you will continually raise theirs in reaction to you. And they might do it without conscious awareness. Your loving happy energy impacts them positively.

So love yourself first, so you can cultivate that love and the resulting happiness for you to share abundantly with others.
