DAILY HAPPINESS TIP #44- Resolve to be Happy


At the beginning of a new year, making a list of resolutions or goals is common practice. It stems from the idea of “new chapter”, “a clean slate”, “reset” or “start over”. The psychological impact is positive for most people, especially those who long for better times. For those who make New Year’s resolutions, here is one suggestion:


By resolving to be happy or happier because you deserve it, you are already halfway there. The rest will just be identifying what it is that makes you happy or happier and pursue it. You must not worry about what others may say or whether or not your requirements is comparable to others because each one is unique and has the right to pursue his/her own happiness.

Why not try it this year and be happier.
