DAILY HAPPINESS TIP #9- Sniff It!


Most of us eat at least three times a day. But how often do we appreciate the food we are having and the people who prepared them?

Try smelling the food before you eat and think about the person who prepared it. Even the cook in a restaurant deserves our gratitude for the clean and sumptuous dishes that give value to our money. Feel blessed for having food to eat and for having people willingly taking the trouble of preparing the food for you. If you are preparing your own food, then enjoy the fruits of your labor.  Take a sniff! Then Chow!
