DAILY HAPPINESS TIP #21- Tired?...Listen to Relaxing and Uplifting Music

There’s always a time for everything; a time to work, a time to play and don’t forget a time to rest. When you get tired, you need to rest. Whether tiredness is from physical or emotional exhaustion, listening to music will calm your mind and comfort your worn-out body.

Besides making you feel good, listening to music may put you to restful sleep giving your body and mind the much needed break. This replenishes your energy and gives you a better mood so you are ready to resume work. Music allows your body to recharge...so you can again take charge.

Have a collection of relaxing and uplifting music that you can play at home, at work or in the car; or you might just want to turn on the radio and tune in to your favorite station.
