DAILY HAPPINESS TIP #49- Watch Your Thoughts


What you think influences how you feel. Happy thoughts are easily translated to happy feelings in the same way that negative thoughts bring sadness. So whenever you catch yourself having negative thoughts about things or people, reverse it with pleasant ones. 

Make it a habit to remember the song “My Favorite Things” by Julie Andrews or better yet make your own list of favorites and recite them whenever you feel the need to. Happy thoughts keep our hopes high that with every unpleasant event taking place, more beautiful things are happening around us. It makes us realize that no matter what….. life is beautiful.
