DAILY HAPPINESS TIP #4- Brush in No Rush

Routine activities are often done in haste, such that efforts often go to waste. A good example is brushing our teeth. When we are on a rush, we do it quick...showing off food debris as we speak… yaiks!!!

Allotting enough time to enjoy the moment while thoroughly doing this routine activity will not only bring relaxation and moment's pleasure, but also confidence to smile and interact well with people. We benefit by having a healthier set of teeth and a happier day...every day.
